Cashbot HQ teleport access when you reach Robber Baron level. You now receive teleport access to the respective HQ when you get your last cog suit, i.e. The sign of a building now appears inside it aswell - a feature that was originally in TTO but long forgotten. Implemented animated props! Hydrants, mailboxes and trashcans are now spreading the silliness across Toontown!. Implemented the Hypno Glasses accessory. Implemented a few previously unused accessories. Outdoor Zone gives you teleport access just like Goofy's Speedway. Depositing and withdrawing into a jellybean bank is faster now. Upgrades can be picked up in the cattlelog. Jellybean banks have been readded to the game and can now hold 10000 to 30000 beans. Flippy will now turn you into a black cat on October 31.
